Key Responsibilities

The Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by delivering exceptional customer service and support through various activities:

  • Assist clients via phone or email in troubleshooting their equipment, executing start-up procedures, and managing firmware uploads and configurations.
  • Evaluate situations to identify necessary resources for resolution, seeking help when required.
  • Create configurations, drawings, and graphics promptly based on details provided in sales orders.
  • Review daily tasks and take necessary actions to ensure objectives are met, updating the supervisor on ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Meet or exceed project goals and expectations.
  • Travel as needed for field support, ensuring project completion aligns with customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous training for the Technical Support Team to uphold product and application expertise.
  • Address customer challenges in a manner that aligns with the company's mission, values, and financial goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Certification from a trade school or relevant field experience with a solid understanding of HVAC/R systems.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a meticulous work environment.
  • Proficiency in software applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills.
