Role Objective:

The primary function of this role is to support the branch in maintaining effective communication with clients, processing orders, resolving issues, and performing various administrative tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Input new sales orders into the system.
  • Monitor and track the status of sales orders.
  • Engage with customers to troubleshoot issues and serve as a reliable point of contact.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and identify potential new clients in the region.
  • Assist in managing corporate inventory controls.
  • Handle invoicing tasks.
  • Support the branch with administrative duties, including recordkeeping, billing, attendance tracking, and liaising with corporate departments.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, characterized by a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (minimum of 1 year experience required).
  • Preferred experience of at least 2 years in sales (inside or outside).
  • High sense of urgency regarding deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to proactively reach out to potential or existing clients with a supportive attitude.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical examination if applicable.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
