5. Conduct product evaluations and provide on-site education to ensure proper product utilization.
6. Monitor competitive activities and market trends, sharing insights with management to enhance sales strategies.
7. Foster strong relationships with customers through regular interactions, both in-person and via phone.
8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
9. Complete required reporting and documentation in a timely manner.
10. Participate in industry events to promote Terumo's products and brand.
Working Environment:
This role is primarily field-based, requiring travel to customer locations. You will need to navigate various medical facilities, adhering to their vendor credentialing policies. Access to clinical areas such as the IR suite and Cath lab will be necessary, requiring compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably within the cardiovascular sector. A proven track record of sales success is essential. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
