Sales Account Specialist

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

In this role, you will collaborate with external sales teams to expand our client base, thereby enhancing community safety by supplying essential products for clean water and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and deliver tailored solutions

• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold inventory and sales standards

• Accurately document and monitor sales activities

Most importantly, you will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

• Familiarity with sales processes, ideally with 1 or more years of experience in a wholesale distribution environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent

OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH:

• Develop leadership skills

• Acquire the expertise necessary to advance into leadership roles, outside sales, or other internal positions.

This role also requires physical capabilities such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds, along with the ability to work in various environments as needed. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Attendance – Ability to adhere to scheduled workdays and hours, including on-site presence as required. Physical Abilities – Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally, with the capacity to sit and stand for extended periods. Office Equipment Operation — Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including computers and copiers, requiring near vision and manual dexterity. Communication Skills – Strong oral and written communication abilities. Cognitive Skills – Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, attention to detail, and effective time management.
