Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our sales and service team at Clarins USA, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies to increase customer engagement, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop the Sales and Service Team: Direct and empower a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth, increase customer loyalty, and expand market share.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Manage Inventory and Operations: Oversee inventory management, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to stay informed about new products, promotions, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience: In retail sales, management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and lead a team, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth through effective strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships through active listening and empathy.
  • Knowledge of Beauty Industry: Familiarity with the beauty industry, including products, trends, and customer preferences.
