Role Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time Counter Manager to lead our team at a prestigious retail location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a distinguished team while effectively engaging with customers to devise strategies that enhance the Clarins brand, ensuring impactful at-counter events and product launches.
  • Empower and motivate counter staff to achieve daily sales targets while focusing on specific product goals.
  • Communicate upcoming in-store events and promotions to all team members, maintaining a daily log to keep everyone informed of past events and current priorities.
  • Identify networking and outsourcing opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent for the counter, providing ongoing performance feedback and addressing any performance issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales and service performance metrics regularly, offering constructive feedback to drive positive outcomes.
  • Achieve overall retail sales and event objectives, ensuring all team members meet loyalty program goals.

Candidate Profile:

  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and passionate about our brand and its challenges.
  • Aspiring to grow within a company dedicated to responsible beauty.
  • Comfortable demonstrating products to customers.
  • Possessing a strong customer service orientation.
  • Confident, positive, and self-driven.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prepare event schedules, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven sales experience.
  • Ability to create engaging activities and animations.
  • Prior experience in cosmetics is essential.
