Position Overview:The primary aim of this position is to enhance the organization's performance by marketing HVAC components to both internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions and telephonic engagements. The HVAC Parts Sales Specialist will manage the daily functions of the Parts Department, engaging in sales, customer relations, inventory oversight, and sourcing high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sale of HVAC components to clientele
- Foster relationships with key accounts to boost revenue
- Support the management of the retail sales counter
- Establish pricing structures, discounts, and promotional strategies
- Handle client transactions and monitor order statuses
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HVAC components or equipment is advantageous
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- A minimum of 2 years in Customer Service roles
