As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients, and contributing to the success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Inspect garments and enter information into our point-of-sale system.
- Ensure top-quality service and look for ways to brighten a customer's day.
- Participate in community programs and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Maintain a calm, service-oriented environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Represent Puritan Cleaners professionally and positively.
