Your Role
This position reports to the Finance Director with a cross-functional report to the Business Unit General Manager.

Your primary aim is to ensure the economic stability of the Business Unit (BU) within the framework of objectives set by General Management through various controlling functions.

As a proactive Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, monitor and analyze financial data, prepare budgets and forecasts, and combine diverse perspectives to help the business achieve its financial objectives sustainably and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the BU, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting principles and corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with the BU team to establish and track financial objectives, targets, and KPIs.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar capacity (3-5 years).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset as a Business Partner.
