Role Overview
The Corporate Account Manager for Distribution is pivotal in crafting and implementing effective sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within our Distribution Partnerships Network. This role involves comprehensive management of significant deals, including portfolio strategies, execution of commercial plans, and collaboration with key stakeholders within the Leica team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will:
1. Foster relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at our Distribution Partners.
2. Develop and manage intricate deal processes for large contracts.
3. Formulate and lead the annual strategic business plan for each Distributor, focusing on essential value drivers for both the customer and Leica Biosystems.
4. Conduct internal and external Business Reviews and Summits to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
5. Provide regular updates on progress to management and proactively identify when higher-level support is needed.
6. Design enterprise-level sales campaigns that encompass the full range of Leica's offerings, ensuring alignment between local teams and distributors.
7. Offer coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, fostering a culture of success and accountability.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8 years in relevant sales roles (MBA preferred).
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and high-level sales, particularly in a matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level audiences.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to lead and coach teams without formal authority.
- A strategic mindset with demonstrated skills in implementation and process orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel Requirements
This position requires travel of approximately 50-75%. A valid driver's license is necessary, along with the ability to travel overnight for territory coverage and company meetings.
