Education and Certifications:
  • Education: BA or BS degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree desired.
  • Certifications: PMP or Agile certifications required.
Work Experience:
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years managing high-volume applications, directly managing people, and working with automated testing.
  • Agile Experience: 5+ years managing an agile development team.
  • Technical Experience: Extensive experience in eCommerce environments and delivering technical features for businesses.
  • Organizational Change Management: Experience with organizational change management, RFP process, vendor management.
  • Security Experience: Experience delivering secure applications and creating IT strategies.
