Job Overview

T-Mobile is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships with customers in underserved markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's products and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
  • Skills and Abilities: Task Management, Customer Service, Communication, Negotiation, Proposal Writing
Benefits:
  • Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives
  • Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays
