Position Overview

Key Account Executive

Sunbelt Rentals, recognized as the fastest-growing rental enterprise in North America, is in search of a Key Account Executive. In this role, you will be tasked with negotiation and account management responsibilities for select Preferred Suppliers.

Responsibilities
* Negotiate and oversee accounts for select Preferred Suppliers.
* Conduct research on new products.
* Manage and evaluate Cat-Class and Rental Rate.
* Serve as a liaison for Industrial Resource Group PC's products and marketing department support initiatives.
* Supervise the Strategic Account program, including daily management of field and Support office-based Strategic Account Executives.
* Update Intranet Strategic Account pages.
* Review and issue quarterly and annual customer rebates.
* Oversee the Strategic Account trade show schedule and logistics.
* Manage customer-specific rates and special invoicing requests.
* Pre-qualify potential regional and national strategic customers.
* Ensure the accuracy of asset data in the Wynne System (make & Model, specifications, etc.), including monthly reviews of all assets entered into Wynne for M&M correctness.
* Implement the Fleet Replacement plan.
* Roll out the Rouse Asset Appraisal web application to the field.
* Maintain the Fleet Replacement Matrix and CAPX constraints.
* Incorporate the Rouse Asset Appraisal program into the Sunbelt Used Equipment website.
* Integrate external financing sources to facilitate large-scale used equipment sales.
* Manage the JLG Remanufacturing Project.
* Act as a liaison between the field, Support office, and JLG to minimize delays throughout the entire process.

The physical demands of this position include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, as well as working indoors and outdoors as required by the job. Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $67,135.90
Total compensation package includes base pay plus a robust commission plan. Starting pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
