Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with Retail Market Managers and Regional Vice Presidents to fortify the company's product positioning across various distribution channels and establish the organization as a key strategic ally.
  • Partner with Sales Operations Directors to achieve account sales execution and service objectives.
  • Obtain account endorsement and implement large-scale product merchandising initiatives.
  • Drive new merchandising enhancements focused on boosting sales and elevating in-store presentation.
  • Identify and leverage account sales growth opportunities utilizing all available resources.
  • Oversee and refine space management strategies for product brands.
  • Evaluate significant competitive actions within the account's primary markets and assess their implications.
  • Provide regular market-level insights and intelligence.
  • Collaborate directly with the National Account Corporate Selling Team (Sales/Category/Planner/Shopper) to ensure cohesive programming and strategic focus that supports corporate brand development.
  • Maintain a commitment to corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Guide and train team members on the ongoing development of various e-commerce strategies.
  • Ensure modular integrity through DSD partnerships, including reset coordination.
  • Apply category insights and analytics in daily account management and sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the required tasks may be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Sales Management, marketing, or sales roles.
  • Proficient in IRI data analysis and interpretation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with proficiency in Margin Minder.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
