  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for articulating your decisions to insureds, claimants, and agents.
  • Maintaining professional and productive relationships with agents, agency managers, policyholders, claimants, medical professionals, attorneys, and others is crucial to enhancing the reputation of the claims department and the company.
  • A service-oriented attitude is required at all times.
  • Excellent written communication skills are necessary for preparing documentation and reports.

  • You will be expected to stay informed about the Unfair Claims Practice Act, policy knowledge, and other relevant governmental or company regulations.
  • The ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions is required for handling more complex claims.
  • Willingness to work from our office location.

What We Provide: Joining our team means more than just receiving a competitive salary. You will have access to career development and educational opportunities. We offer an enhanced 401K plan with matching contributions, affordable health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life and disability coverage. Our benefits also include paid time off for holidays and volunteer activities, along with a workplace culture that values enjoyment. Additional amenities include an onsite wellness facility with fitness classes and programs, a daycare center, and a cafeteria.
