Your Role: In the capacity of PC Performance Compliance Manager (Claims), you will spearhead the design and execution of initiatives related to Quality Assurance and compliance protocols for property and casualty claims. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to claims best practices, leveraging outcomes to provide constructive feedback to business partners, and contributing to the development of training programs aimed at enhancing claim quality and minimizing leakage within the claims division. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of the Claims Quality Assurance program, which includes reviewing claims files to assess compliance with both company and industry best practices. You will also manage all aspects of staff development, including recruitment, training and development, performance evaluations, salary management, addressing employee concerns, workflow management, and employee motivation.

Qualifications for Joining Our Team:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 7 years in a relevant field, is essential. Experience in multiline claims and underwriting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI is required.
  • Staying updated with the latest claim and underwriting technologies and systems is crucial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Experience in facilitating group discussions, public speaking, presentation skills, and individual coaching is expected.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying complex information in a clear and structured manner across various levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate effectively and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Keeping abreast of legislation, statutes, rules/regulations, and case law relevant to all operational states is important.
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required due to occasional company travel (less than 25%).
