Role Overview:
This position focuses on General Liability, Premises, Litigation, and Auto claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your claims management expertise to assess claims exposure and litigation, determining the most effective course of action for resolution.
- Engage with various stakeholders involved in the claims process to ensure clear communication and effective outcomes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims journey.
- Adhere to clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and ethical standards while managing claims in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Document and communicate claim activities promptly and efficiently to support the claims file's outcome.

About You:
Essential Qualifications:
- Background in claims handling, specifically in General Liability, Premises, Litigation, and Auto.
- Proven experience in managing claims within relevant jurisdictions.
- Active Adjusters' licenses are required.

As a crucial member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex litigated claims, applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with clients to provide innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively serve our clients.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant claims experience.
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification for all states where claims are managed.
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
- Proficient in claims and business-related software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
