Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to assess damages and determine claim values
  • Investigate claims by gathering information from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim reserves
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property claims adjusting
  • Strong knowledge of property and liability insurance coverage and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in a related field
  • Professional designations such as AIC, IICRC, or HAAG
