Role Overview:
This position focuses on General Liability, Premises, Litigation, and Auto claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your claims management expertise to analyze claims exposure and litigation, determining the best course of action for resolution.
- Engage with various stakeholders throughout the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, demonstrating empathy and support at every stage of the claims process.
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures while managing claims in compliance with statutory and ethical standards.
- Document and communicate claim activities promptly and efficiently to support the claims file outcomes.

About You:

Essential Qualifications:
- Background in claims management, specifically in General Liability, Premises, Litigation, and Auto.
- Experience in handling claims in the relevant jurisdictions.
- Active Adjusters' licenses are required.

As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:
- Investigate, assess, and resolve complex litigated claims, leveraging your analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
- Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize activities and serve clients effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant claims experience.
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all applicable states.
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices.
- Proficiency in claims and business-related software.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
