Shift: This is a Full-Time role.

Reports to: Program Manager

Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: Based on qualifications, experience, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a caseload of clients
  • Delivering individual and group counseling sessions
  • Documenting personalized recovery plans
  • Facilitating case management services to enhance community connections for clients
  • Providing therapeutic crisis intervention as necessary
  • Ensuring documentation aligns with OASAS standards
  • Upholding client confidentiality and maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards

Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Services (Provisional Qualified Health Professional)
  • CASAC certification
  • A Qualified Health Professional with alternative certifications

We will consider candidates with a CASAC-T who can obtain full CASAC certification within six months.

  • Prior experience in a residential treatment setting is required.
  • Selected candidates must consent to a background check through the Justice Center, including checks of the Staff Exclusion list, OFCS Statewide register, fingerprinting, and drug screening.
