Hope House, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team. As a Residential Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group counseling services to clients struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Client Care: Manage a caseload of clients, providing individual and group counseling services to support their recovery and well-being.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, including recovery plans and case management services.
- Case Management: Provide case management services to support clients in linking with community resources and services.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide therapeutic crisis intervention services as needed to support clients in crisis.
- Confidentiality: Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards in all interactions.
- Education: One of the following is required: a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, CASAC certification, or a Qualified Health Professional (QHP) with other than a CASAC certification.
- Experience: Prior experience working with clients in a residential facility is required.
- Certifications: CASAC certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
