Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Professional to join our team at Questel. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in prospecting, qualifying, and processing leads to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Identify and engage with potential customers through outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Lead Management: Map and source territories/accounts for prospective sales leads, working closely with management to define phone and mail pitches for each ideal customer profile.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management via CRM and email, tracking progress towards monthly goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in inside sales and/or cold calling.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and present solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • CRM Experience: Proficient in CRM software, with experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
