Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships and growing existing accounts within the food distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales territories and individual customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and penetration
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies, including time and territory management, to meet established sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain awareness of pricing trends and competitor activity in the market
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6-12 months of sales/marketing experience in the food industry or related field
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely
