At Acosta Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic Field Sales Representative team in Business Sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth through door-to-door sales to small businesses in the telecommunication sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals in consultative sales to small businesses. With excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, they will be able to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in small business accounts.

We offer a competitive base salary of $53,000, with the potential to reach $110,000 or more annually when combining your base with unlimited commission opportunities. Your success drives your earnings, giving you full control over how far you can go.

This position is based out of the Maryland/DC/Virginia area, where you will have the opportunity to work with America's leading telecommunications company providing business internet, mobility, phone, and other services. Our award-winning team has partnered with Premium Retail Services to bring innovation and custom solutions to businesses in key regions across the nation.

In this role, you will:
