Job Overview:
K2 Staffing, LLC is a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Scottsdale, AZ, and we're looking for a highly skilled Technical Help Desk Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* End-user assistance and technical issue resolution related to business desktop and server technologies.* Point person for Windows Desktop issues and assist with Windows Servers.* Monitor alert systems and take action according to guidelines.* Escalated service requests require enhanced response.* New user on-boarding and network services installations.* LAN/WAN installation and maintenance support.* Network hardware support and installation.* Door card access, wander guard, lighting, and HVAC system management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Three (3) years of experience in similar positions such as IT help desk, IT desktop support, or IT service management.* Remote Management & Monitor (RMM) software experience (e.g., Connectwise, Kaseya).* PSA (or Ticketing) software experience (e.g., Autotask).* History of network and firewall administration (Sonicwall & Meraki).* Basic knowledge of network, server, and workstation troubleshooting.* Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
