We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNA/Caregiver/HHA to join our team at Home With Help.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for enriching the lives of others. As a CNA/Caregiver/HHA, you will be responsible for providing safe and supportive care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living, and performing light housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, showering, and dressing.
  • Provide mobility support, including ambulation, physical therapy exercises, and walking inside and outside the home.
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, as well as complete shopping tasks or accompany patients while they shop.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Remind clients to take prescription medications and schedule appointments.
  • Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, pharmacies, and other errands as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Current TB testing.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • DCW training (provided if needed).
  • Fingerprint clearance card or background check.
  • Hoyer lift experience (client-specific requirement).
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Salary:

$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location:

Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding areas.
