Job Description:

Resource Logistics is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT infrastructure, hardware, and software support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Log and track issues, and document resolutions
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Escalate tier 2 and 3 issues to the appropriate team
  • Deploy and maintain smartphone fleet
  • Assist off-site contractors with hardware maintenance
  • Travel between sites to provide support
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Desk Side Support role
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, hardware, and software support
  • Technical skills: Active Directory, Group Policies, SCCM, IIS, scripting, server HW, Systems Administration/System Engineer Microsoft certification
  • Soft skills: listening skills, verbal communication skills, customer service skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork skills
