Technical Help Desk Technician

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Technical Help Desk Technician to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is pivotal in providing technical support for IT systems across our organization, including end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and support computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Configure and set up new equipment, including computers, mobile devices, and software.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a Helpdesk or similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and remote desktop applications.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
