Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate the organization's strategic vision into actionable plans.
  • Oversee the success of various programs and assess their effectiveness to improve participant outcomes.
  • Lead a team of committed professionals, ensuring excellence in service delivery and sustainable funding.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Services, Social Sciences, Public Health, Business/Public Administration, or a related discipline.

A minimum of five years of leadership experience in a nonprofit, governmental, or philanthropic environment overseeing multiple programs is essential, preferably within an organization that serves diverse populations.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven success in senior management roles with a strong track record in team building and management.
  • Commitment to anti-racism and social justice principles, with experience in implementing these values in programmatic areas.
  • Strong leadership abilities and adeptness in managing change while balancing competing priorities.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching management staff across various programmatic areas.
  • Expertise in program development and management, particularly related to older adult services and economic policy.
