Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive administrative support professional to assist various departments within our organization. The administrative support professional will be responsible for managing phone communications, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and providing assistance with daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, advanced computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and route phone inquiries professionally
  • Organize calendars and set appointments
  • Draft and distribute communications, reports, and memos
  • Maintain and organize filing systems
  • Support data entry and documentation management
  • Coordinate meetings and special events
  • Execute general administrative duties as required

Qualifications for Success:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
