Property Management Assistant

Position Overview: In the role of Assistant Community Director, you will assist the Community Director in managing daily operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the community. Your contributions will be vital in delivering outstanding service and nurturing a positive living atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of daily community operations, including maintenance requests, lease management, and resident communication.
- Address resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct community inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers.
- Assist in leasing activities by conducting community tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documentation.
- Maintain precise records of rent payments, lease agreements, and community maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to community regulations and organizational policies.
- Collect outstanding accounts and manage operational expenses.
- Prior experience in community management or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in community management software, with Yardi experience preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in community management is advantageous.
