Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in overseeing daily community operations, including maintenance requests, lease management, and resident communications.
- Address resident inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously.
- Perform community inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs with service providers.
- Support leasing initiatives by conducting community tours, processing applications, and drafting lease documents.
- Maintain precise records of rental payments, lease agreements, and community upkeep.
- Ensure adherence to community regulations and organizational policies.
- Manage receivable accounts and oversee operational expenditures.
- Prior experience in community management or a related sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Familiarity with community management software, Yardi experience is a plus, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional education or certification in community management is advantageous.
