As a member of FirstService Residential, you will be tasked with organizing events and crafting memorable experiences for homeowners, fostering a sense of belonging and pride in ownership within the community.


Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate closely with the General Manager to design and execute engaging, innovative activities, programs, and events that strengthen community bonds.

Be a dynamic, motivated self-starter with a keen attention to detail, showcasing excellent customer service, hospitality, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be a connector, adept at positively engaging and building relationships with homeowners, developers, prospective owners, and community members.

Maintain daily social media channels with creative and relevant content that reflects the community's vibrant lifestyle.
Generate weekly communications for homeowners, developers, and the marketing team.

Establish and uphold the highest performance standards through personal follow-up to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Develop partnerships with vendors and sponsors to facilitate activities and events.
This role requires strong discipline, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to execute projects at a high level with minimal supervision.
This position necessitates working Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional evening commitments.
Manage the Lifestyle Budget effectively and prepare detailed expense reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education/Training/Experience:
Completion of college-level courses in Business, Recreation, Hospitality, or Education.

Two (2) to three (3) years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Proficient in Adobe and Office Suite Programs or similar graphic design software.
Familiarity with various social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with customer service expertise, are essential.
Experience in budget management is required.

Special Requirements:


Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.; capable of working in an upright or seated position for extended periods; proficient in handling, grasping, and lifting objects and packages; able to reach with hands and arms; capable of navigating the property/building swiftly to fulfill job functions; completion of all necessary forms.

Must be available for extended hours and weekends as needed for projects; must respond promptly to emergencies and callouts; a team player is essential.

Compensation:
$80,000 / year (Dependent on Qualifications)
