Property Management Assistant

Position Overview: In the role of Assistant Community Director, you will assist the Community Director in managing daily operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and preserving the property's aesthetic and functional integrity. Your contributions will be vital in providing outstanding service and nurturing a positive living atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in overseeing daily community operations, including maintenance requests, lease management, and tenant communications.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Perform property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers.
- Support leasing initiatives by conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documentation.
- Maintain precise records of rent payments, lease agreements, and property upkeep.
- Ensure adherence to property regulations and organizational policies.
- Manage receivable accounts and oversee operational expenditures.
- Prior experience in property management or a related sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Proficiency in property management software, with Yardi experience preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in property management is advantageous.
