Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive administrative support professional to assist various departments within our organization. The successful candidate will manage phone communications, coordinate schedules, maintain organized filing systems, and support daily operational tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
