Position Overview: In the role of Assistant Community Director, you will aid the Community Director in managing everyday operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and preserving the community's aesthetic and functionality. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of daily community operations, including maintenance requests, lease management, and resident communication.
- Address resident inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform community inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance with service providers.
- Assist in leasing activities by conducting community tours, processing applications, and preparing lease documentation.
- Maintain precise records of rent collections, lease agreements, and community maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to community regulations and company policies.
- Manage receivable accounts and oversee operational expenses.
- Prior experience in community management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in community management software, with Yardi experience preferred, and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in community management is a plus.
