Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive administrative professional to provide support across various departments. The administrative assistant will manage phone communications, schedule appointments, organize documentation, and assist with daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, advanced computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally manage and direct incoming phone calls
  • Oversee calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Draft and distribute written communications, memos, and reports
  • Maintain and organize filing systems
  • Support data entry and record management
  • Arrange meetings and events
  • Execute general administrative duties as required
Qualifications for Success:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role or similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
