Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive administrative professional to provide essential support across various departments. The successful candidate will manage communications, organize schedules, maintain documentation, and assist with daily operational tasks. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and multitasking abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Oversee calendars and coordinate appointments
