About the Position
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Executive Director and Program Directors, ensuring the efficient operation of our community development programs. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Program Directors
- Managing correspondence, donor acknowledgments, and other documents
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
- Coordinating volunteer scheduling and program promotion
- Assisting with event planning and setup
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Marketing and outreach skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
