The Baltimore City Community College is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its Advancement Office. This role will provide primary support to the Vice President for Advancement, delivering process improvements and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in presentation preparation and confidential communications.
  • Provide support for advancement activities within Raiser's Edge and other CRM software.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and perform various duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative assistant experience in an office setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential materials and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office and specialized applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of experience providing administrative support to a higher education executive.
  • Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising and development CRM software.
