Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Abacus. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring seamless operations within the office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and easily accessible files and documents.
  • Provide administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm).
  • A competitive hourly rate of $16.25-$17.50 is offered.
