Job Summary:

Baltimore City Community College is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the college community, including coordinating office services, interpreting operating policies, and exercising independent judgment in resolving administrative problems.

The Executive Assistant will support the development of regular and ad-hoc reports and may perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature. This role involves providing direct secretarial support, including appointments, correspondence, data compilation, and filing. Additionally, this role involves providing customer-oriented quality service to students, faculty, staff, and guests, displaying exceptional organization, professionalism, communications, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include using established systems to organize and efficiently keep track of information, data, time, and resources; providing quality service, information, and assistance to employees, students, and visitors; managing reception area, print/copy/fax stations, and conference rooms; and performing varied office support duties, including typing, faxing, photocopying, filing, and mailing.

This role also involves maintaining office equipment, common areas, and office supplies; preparing outgoing mail and distributing incoming mail; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees, students, visitors, and members of the general public; and composing letters and memoranda for signature.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
