Client Account Coordinator

Olathe Ford Sales Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of all new and pre-owned vehicle transactions, including the preparation of necessary documentation such as tax forms, titles, and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO).
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Input used vehicle acquisitions into the inventory management system.
- Offer additional administrative assistance as required.
- Maintain and organize titles, MSOs, and invoices for the vehicle inventory.
- Update accounts receivable reports and record payments for vehicle sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Excel.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Management are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of college courses or a degree is preferred.
- Experience in basic accounting practices is a plus.
- Background in account management is beneficial.
