Job Overview

D.H. Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a Project Administrator/Assistant to support our National Accounts Facilities division. This position involves collaborating with Account Coordinators and Managers to handle daily administrative responsibilities, reporting, and communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Facilitate internal and external reporting processes
  • Manage communications with vendors
  • Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation for divisions and subcontractors
  • Regularly update systems and platforms to log all communications and service requests
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned
  • Available work schedules include Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, and various other combinations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative office setting is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
