Sales Territory Consultant Opportunity Overview:

The Sales Territory Consultant is responsible for marketing products and services by recognizing the requirements of existing and prospective clients within a designated area of responsibility and advocates for the utilization of W. W. Williams Parts and Service Departments to address these needs. You will collaborate with W. W. Williams Operations to convert identified opportunities into active business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:


Identifies and compiles lists of potential clients for use as sales leads, utilizing information from trade exhibitions, publications, business directories, industry advertisements, online research, and various other resources.

Engages with current and prospective clients in an assigned area to pinpoint lucrative business opportunities, partnering with them to address their challenges and enhance their operations through the parts and services provided by W. W. Williams' operational divisions.
Collaborates with client representatives and W. W. Williams' operational teams to devise and showcase solutions that resolve client issues and secure business.

Prepares and delivers quotations for requested repairs or those identified through assessments; proactively follows up with clients and negotiates to finalize sales.

Provides training on new products or services to client personnel upon request.
Participates in relevant industry trade shows and conferences to seek new business opportunities.

Completes all necessary reporting through reports and/or CRM systems to maintain records of all client interactions, sales calls, and opportunities.

Works alongside Williams' Marketing team to create marketing materials, sales strategies, and promotional activities.
Maintains the technical knowledge required to represent and sell all OEM products and services offered by W. W. Williams.
Promotes a positive image of W. W. Williams and its workforce.

Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of relevant sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
