About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Paycor. As a Sales Executive - Major Market, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through research and referrals.
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve their business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
  • Present Paycor products and services to potential clients in person and by phone.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources.
  • Forecast and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork for new clients and the successful processing of the initial payroll.
  • Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Record all sales activity and results in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • 4-year business degree.
