Deliver outstanding customer service to both shoppers and donors, ensuring a tidy and organized shopping environment. Accurately process each transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop proficiency in the Point of Sale system to complete transactions effectively and efficiently.

- Attain proficiency with the system within the first three months of employment.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at the cash register and throughout the store, which includes cleaning, organizing, and restocking as necessary.
- Exhibit a friendly attitude, welcoming customers and offering assistance as needed.
- Adhere to all Salvation Army policies regarding merchandise sales.
- Keep the sales floor stocked and display new merchandise appropriately.

- Strive to achieve the store's daily production targets as required.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule is essential.
