Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage personal cash drawer, including opening, closing, and balancing.

- Comply with all Salvation Army cash handling protocols.
- Strive to understand the Point of Sale system to execute sales accurately and efficiently.

- Achieve proficiency with the system within the first three months of employment.
- Keep the cash register area and the store clean and organized, which includes cleaning, organizing, hanging, and restocking as necessary.
- Uphold a friendly attitude, welcoming customers and offering assistance as needed.
- Adhere to all Salvation Army policies regarding merchandise sales.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and display new merchandise promptly.

- Work towards achieving the store's daily production targets as required.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule is essential.
