Account Executive, Business Development

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team in San Francisco - Bay Area, California. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and driving sales growth across our portfolio of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and solution requirements
- Gain share of spend across our portfolio of technology solutions, including servers, storage, networking, software, security, and services
- Run territory and/or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, and working with cross-functional resources to ensure alignment across the organization
- Regularly engage with decision-makers at client facilities to perform primary duties
- Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience selling technology solutions
- Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $306,000 - $396,000, which includes base salary and commissions.
