About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned multimedia executive and business developer to join our team at Latino Media Network. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and cultivating new business clients, generating revenue, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Identify New Business Opportunities: Develop and expand a new account list, generating business development and qualifying leads.
  • Develop and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development and Sales: Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly activity and sales targets, as well as revenue goals.
  • Industry Knowledge and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, with a strong background in business development and sales.
  • Skills: Strong business development and presentation skills, with excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
